Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 29, 2026

Our Commitment

Level Up Digital Marketing Group, LLC is committed to making levelupdigitalmarketinggroup.com usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering practice rather than a one-time checkbox.

Standard We Aim For

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and adopted by the U.S. Department of Justice for state and local government sites. WCAG 2.1 AA is the target we measure new work against and the benchmark we use when revisiting existing pages.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML, labeled form controls, and skip-friendly landmark regions so assistive technology can announce page structure.
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG 2.1 AA ratios for body text and meaningful UI.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states on interactive elements.
  • Alt text on editorial imagery, authored in our CMS and reviewed when content ships.
  • Reduced-motion and prefers-color-scheme aware components where motion or contrast preferences materially affect usability.
  • Manual testing against screen readers and keyboard-only flows on new features before release.

Known Limitations

Accessibility is a moving target and we don't claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across every page at every moment. Areas we are actively improving include older third-party embeds, complex interactive tools (such as the SEO audit dashboard), and PDF / printed report output. If you hit a barrier we haven't addressed yet, please tell us — see below.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of our site rely on third-party services (analytics, embedded video, scheduling tools, externally hosted content). The accessibility of those components is governed by the third party and may differ from the rest of the site. Where we're aware of an issue, we attempt to provide an accessible alternative path or remove the component until it's fixed upstream.

Report a Barrier

If you encounter a page, feature, or document on levelupdigitalmarketinggroup.com that is difficult or impossible to use with assistive technology, please contact us at hello@levelupdigitalmarketinggroup.com. Include the URL, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology you were using, and the barrier you ran into. We aim to respond within five business days and to address valid issues as promptly as our engineering schedule allows.

Formal Complaints

If our response doesn't resolve your concern, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice's ADA Information Line at ada.gov.

Changes to This Statement

We may update this statement as the site changes. Material updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
