Free SEO Audit Tool

When you use our free SEO audit tool, we process the website URL you provide to generate your report. Audit results are stored and accessible via a unique link. We may use aggregated, anonymized audit data to improve our tool.

Client Portals

If you access a client portal, we store account information and portal-related data in Sanity, our content management system. This data is used to provide and maintain your client services. Access is restricted to authorized users only.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics purposes (GA4). These are first-party analytics cookies that help us understand site usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. GA4 analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 configuration. Client portal data is retained for the duration of our engagement and deleted upon request.
