An AI Assistant is basically a virtual employee. It is a self hosted agent that runs in the background on its own machine, and it can do almost anything a person can do online: work through your email, manage your calendar, pull analytics, watch competitors, and run tasks on a schedule or a trigger. The difference from a person is that it never logs off. Because it behaves like a real team member, you set it up like one.
We train your AI Assistant on how your business works, give it clear safeguards and limited access so it only touches what it should, and document the whole setup.
It runs on a VPS or a dedicated computer (preferred), ideally an M1 Mac, rather than in a browser tab. It also does not rely on an API, so it is not boxed in by the rate limits and usage caps that come with the mainstream AI tools.
We currently set up tools like OpenClaw or Hermes depending on your stack and budget. You don’t need to know which one to pick. We choose during onboarding and explain why.
